TRC is the best! Jake and Luis are the most reliable and honest contractors. I had broken pipes under my kitchen and dining room floors. They came in with their crew and restored my home to like new condition. They had to replace and my entire kitchen floor, rebuild 3 walls, paint and much more. And, they did it all in just 5 days! I would definitely hire them again!

TRC was a wonderful contractor for our home restoration. We had an unknown water leak that caused a substantial loss in our kitchen, living room, and family room. Our insurance company left us to handle the repairs. Luckily we found Jake. He came over the day after we called and did a thorough walk through, noting all that needed to be done. He submitted an estimate and worked with our agent to justify all that would be needed to put the home back together. Our insurance tried to push back on some of the repairs, but Jake explained what had to be done to properly restore the areas and ultimately got the insurance to accept his full estimate. The leak destroyed the lower cabinets, carpet, flooring, baseboards, and drywall. We were worried that the home would look pieced together. Jake and his team were able to do all repairs. They reinsulated and replaced the drywall. Matching the texture and paint of existing walls. Replaced the lower cabinets with the same design and color of the upper. Replaced the flooring with vinyl plank that really looks great. The attention to detail was a welcomed relief during a stressful experience. Jake helped us throughout the process by suggesting items that would look good and keep us within the budget the insurance settlement allowed. His team was on site everyday and we were never left wondering what was going on. In fact, they would have be done sooner except we slowed them down because we debated on flooring options. They left the house clean and hauled away all debris. The finished work looks great and we are so happy! It was a blessing to find TRC and I would highly recommend them!
